A graduate from the Australian National University, Teacher Soon joined Teach For Malaysia for a few years and he has made a lot of impact on a small city in Kedah through performance arts education. He has also produced a few theatrical performance, a production involving 5 different schools where all came together to speak about bullying.

Now he founded an education center that aims to make learning fun and relevant through innovative teaching practices in Perak.
